My Approach

All psychological problems cannot be resolved by the same approach. Cognitive behavioral techniques have been shown to be useful to people who have experienced problems with anxiety or depression. However, such approaches have had limited success in managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

What technique is appropriate becomes an even more important question in couples issues. Oftentimes there is no right answer. The therapist must work with the clients to develop the most appropriate solutions for them.

I am committed to developing the most appropriate and effective intervention for each client. I will explore with each client the treatment options most suited to him or her.
